Signed up with Morgan and Morgan and never heard from a lawyer for months. They don't have any personal feeling to their business and the 1-800 hotline seemed to have better customer service than the lawyers. When being placed on hold, the messages refer to the company caring about the founder's brother who was in an accident and all this 'we care' stuff, but in reality it was a huge disappointment. Got the exact opposite treatment from the brother of the founder. Guess he is old and washed up and not really into customer service directly from lawyers and really isn't fighting for the little guy anymore. Tried to reach lawyers for months, including leaving voice messages for the CEO himself. Guess they were too busy playing golf to get back to me about my car accident injuries. They are true professionals! I called to inquire about an VA appeal and they provided me with so much helpful information. Unlike others that I contacted. If my appeal id denied Morgan & Morgan will be my choice for representation.
