Felt they could have been better when updating me on the status of my case. I had to call several times to get a
call returned or a update. Though I was happy with my settlement the check wasn't a cashiers check so it took 10 days to clear which after waiting 5 months was irritating to say the least.

Amy with Portner & Shure helped me last year and was very attentive and caring. She was always available to answer my questions and made sure I was up to date on all info. She even followed up to make sure I was happy with the results. I've worked with her twice now and will keep coming back if ever needed. I would definitely recommend giving her a try.

Amy Greenfield did such a great job helping us with our settlement. We hit some bumps in the beginning with the other insurance company and Amy helped us get our car fixed regardless and did a great job following up with doctors and health insurances to make sure the most recent bill was always on file. I always like to know what is going on and she did an awesome job keeping us in the loop with the status of our claim and how everything was progressing.
