Best lawyer ever!!!! Mr Herbst was very professional, kind and patient with me when I had anxiety about how things will turn out for me after getting 2 federal citations. I was worried about my job (clearance) and how this will affect me professionally. He was the third lawyer I called after I received my citations, I stumbled on him while doing an online search and reading people’s reviews . It was the best decision I made. Unlike the other attorneys I spoke with, I felt at peace after my first conversation with Mr Herbst. It took a while before I was given a notice to appear and throughout that period Mr Herbst was easy to reach and he always responded immediately. I am so glad he was able to get one of my citations dismissed and I paid a little fine for the other citation. I didn’t even have to go to court. I will recommend this lawyer 100%. He is good at what he does!!!!!!!
