Justin and his team are by far the best to have on your side, exceptional to say the least. He is honest, fair, knowledgeable and intelligent. More importantly he knows the law. Justin took on the case with confidence and was committed to getting the best possible results for my brother. I want to thank Justin and Brown & Nieto for doing a wonderful job representing me in my case and giving me my freedom back. I was in a jam because of BPD having bad and untrustworthy officers, and Justin did an excellent job at trial for both of my cases - in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel County. When Justin got up there and cross-examined the officers, he caught them in so many lies and tripped them up on so many things they were saying that were false. Justin and his people did an excellent job investigating and doing their homework so that they would be prepared to defend me, and they got both of my cases dismissed. They did good work bringing up case law, and they did a great job talking to the jury and giving them a good understanding of what was really going on in my case. They treated me like family. I will never go to another lawyer, and I would refer anybody that I know to them if they get into a jam or need any legal help.

Justin Brown is an excellent attorney. He represented me in a federal post-conviction in 2011 and got my sentence reduced from 188 months down to 80 - giving me back nine years of my life! I would not be home if it wasn't for him. He took my case very personally, was always respectful and courteous with me, and always kept me up to date on everything that was going on with my case. Most importantly, he fought hard for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Brown to anyone in need of an attorney - federal or state!

Mr Nieto was a major disappointment. I knew I was in trouble when it took me an hour to get him to understand the difference between an ownership interest and a secured interest. I take the hit for hiring attorneys that did not understand the industry they were defending. Mr nieto is probably excellent in drug and other crimes but he is totally unfit to try real estate fraud cases.
