Jared has been extremely professional during this difficult legal process (criminal allegations). He has what I consider the 3 P's for success--Patience, Persistence, and Perseverance. He's consistent and thorough with his approach and explanation of technical/sensitive legal information; especially during this criminal case/allegation. I’ve personally been employed within the field of law for the past 20+ years. For the first time in my life, I was faced with being on the other side of the law. I was represented by Mr. Green in a criminal case, of which I was falsely accused. As a result of Mr. Green’s skills in the courtroom, I was totally acquitted of all charges. Mr. Green’s knowledge of Maryland’s Civil Judicial and Criminal Procedures, Rules and the law, was simply outstanding. In the midst of my trial, having cross examined two witnesses to effectively undermine their testimony, Mr. Green confidently and correctly read the tenor of the trial, declined to continue on any further with witnesses and proceeded directly to a closing argument; whereas he quoted multiple relevant criminal law statutes in my defense from rote memory (with no pieces of paper in his hands), and demanded an acquittal. Mr. Green’s skill and acumen in the Courtroom utterly defeated the prosecution. Even the Judge was caught off guard, as he fumbled through his desk searching for a law book that, when found, verified Mr. Green’s recitation of the law. Not only was Mr. Green professional, but his demeanor was totally confident and cool as if he was Perry Mason himself. Mr. Green is indeed an experienced trial attorney. He was also genuinely concerned and compassionate as to my well being, and treated me like a person, and not as a criminal being defended. I would highly recommend Mr. Green to any one in need of a brilliant trial attorney. On a scale of 1-5, he gets a “10” based on his overall performance.
