Who ever gave them a 1 star is a hater lol. Ballenger & Roche is the real deal I wouldn’t recommend no other lawyers. I had a few lawyers in the past but i can say B&R is #1 in Baltimore city and service was on point also communication was excellent I highly recommend.🫡 ( Lucas )

Mr. Suris went above and beyond in getting me justice in my fall accident. He was very ethical but yet showed true compassion for me. I would highly recommend this law firm and Mr. Suris to anyone. I can't say thank you enough to them. Barbara W.

DON'T EVER, EVER, EVER use this law firm. They do not communicate with their clients. You are left wondering what is going on with your case. Attorneys are never available to speak with. You have to go through the customer service representative to relay your concerns. I hope that I never have the need for an attorney, but if I do one for certain and two things for sure it will not be this law firm.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I have SO MANY COMPLAINTS!!! 1. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS 2. THEY GIVE THE RUNAROUND AS A MEANS OF GIVING THEM AS MUCH TIME AS THEY PLEASE & TAKE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE TO RINSE THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF MONEY AS THEY CAN 3. THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES THAT CONTRADICT THE LAST EXCUSE 4. THEY'RE OUTRAGEOUSLY AND UNBELIEVABLY LAZY 5. THEY'RE INCOMPETENT 6. THEY CONSTANTLY BLAME EVERYONE ELSE FOR WHY THINGS ARE TAKING SO LONG 7. THEY GHOST YOU FOR MONTHS BUT WHEN IT COMES TIME TO GET PAID, THEY WILL BLOW YOUR PHONE UP ALL DAY EVERY DAY - EMAILS, PHONE CALLS AND TEXT! 8. THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION OF YOUR OWN CASE THEN LIE AND PRESSURE YOU INTO ACCEPTING A SETTLEMENT THAT YOU DONT EVEN KNOW THE DETAILS OF!!!! 9. THEY CONSTANTLY CHANGE THEIR STORY! 10. WHEN PAYMENT FINALLY COMES, COINCIDENTALLY THEY COMPLETELY GHOST - AGAIN - AND RETURN TO MAKING DOZENS OF EXCUSES TO DELAY SENDING YOUR MONEY. IF YOU EVEN SLIGHTLY INSINUATE THINGS ARENT ADDING UP? THEY IMMEDIATELY GET DEFENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL 11. MATH IS NOT THEIR FORTE 12. THEY HAVE RIDICULOUS FEES TO, YET AGAIN, RINSE AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS THEY CAN (EXAMPLE: COPY AND PASTE FEE?!?!?) 13: I COULD HAVE DONE THIS MYSELF FOR MY HUSBAND SEEING AS I LITERALLY DID 99% OF THE WORK AND I'M NOT EVEN JOKING OR OVERREACTING!! And this is only A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF WHAT ALL WENT WRONG!! Worst. Experience. EVER!!!!

My final attorney that was given to me was Eric Suris and he was fine.He did quite well actually, but before then the only problem I really had was, they switch up my lawyer 3 or 4 times without me being notified so it prolonged things longer than it should have. Thanks again Eric!

I found it very disappointing reading ALL the negative reviews. I didn't choose this firm because of the bad reviews. When you advertise falsely, it's going to come back on you. Slocum should screen his attorneys to make sure they are competent. Most of them operate beneath the bar. This is not acceptable Mr. Slocum.

Comes off pretty rude and impatient nothing you want from a lawyer, handling your business.
