From the initial phone call down to the closing at the trial, Jon went above and beyond what I expected from an attorney. He was extremely personable, easy to communicate with, and prepared. He held my hand throughout the entire process and made me feel confident with our case. When we walked into the courtroom I was thankful that Jon was on my side and not vice versa. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Yoffe. I went through a really traumatic experience while 29weeks pregnant and it was such a relief to know that someone was taking care of all the insurance and legal woes while I was recovering. Mr. Yoffe really put his whole heart into my case and he was available whenever I needed him and on those rare instances where he wasn't, I always got a phone call or email back immediately.
