A bunch of scam artist, who try to swindle people out of their money!! They take 67% and leave you with the 33%! Not trustworthy!! Ellen Wagner is one of the most rude people I have ever spoken with!! Never been involved in an accident where they wait to add your lost wages into your settlement, so they can capitalize on that too.. I would never refer this form to anyone

I was involved in a car accident where I was hit by a drunk driver. My case ended up going to court and Eric never once mentioned that the driver was intoxicated. I felt that I could have given the judge the same details that he did. I had to constantly call him to be in communication until the end when he wanted to "close the case".
