Worst law firm I have ever encountered very unprofessional and lack communication with clients. The office had my case almost a year, within that year never spoke to a Lawyer. Every time I called only spoke to a call center Represenative or Veronica who could not answer any of my questions. No one could give me idea if I had case or not. One day I was frustrated from waiting so long and decided to get in touch with someone. Again forwarded to Veronica who could not address my concerns, so I requested to speak to a Lawyer for the millionth time. Somehow while waiting they decided to discharge my case and send me documents they have accumulated. How can you discharge someone when you did not even establish communication or client agreement with.

Called and spoke with Rebecca Riger about a needle stick injury, she told me that I shouldn’t have been using unsafe needles in the work environment but that doesn’t make sense. What am I supposed to do if there are no other syringes there, not give patients their insulin and let them suffer of hyperglycemia? Definitely not the type of lawyer you would want to work with, she clearly lacks basic common sense.

Ruslan Kondratyuk was my attorney for my car accident. Even though it happened at the beginning of COVID-19, Rus was able to get me an amazing settlement. Because of COVID, I was unable to have appointments for PT, Pain Management, etc. for the usual necessary "paper trail." Rus updated me often and always promptly returned my calls.
