I met with Mr. Freiman for a consultation and the meeting was uncomfortable. I was looking for an attorney to take over my current bankruptcy case. He wanted a $6000 retainer and $350 per hour to take the case which is extremely expensive for the level of service. I will give him a little credit for being honest about his ability to handle my case however, he was very dismissive and did not seem to care about the circumstances surrounding my case. He wanted $1000 just to look into my case which would have not been a problem if I thought he would make a effort to show interest in helping with my case.
