Hey I never wrote a review before but I must say this one's long over do Saiontz&Kirk deferred my case to Zirkin&Schmerling law my accident was in 2019 basically months before the virus changed everyone's life though all that I never felt lost out of touch not know what was going on someone will always ether answer or call you back not days later other companies had problems in that area and for me whom never said anything before that's saying something. So if you want to save yourself a lot of problems call them that's coming from someone who's never took the n time to do this I enjoy my experience hope you will to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐,s &👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾,ms up!! Excellent service from such a wonderful team. I'm shocked at how much these folks were so honest, considerate, compassionate and patient. I was represented by Erik Atas and he was so thorough and professional. He explained everything of how, what and when ever so delicately, but at the same time with professionalism and tenacity. I was referred to this law firm, though my primary lawyer Mr. Hillel Traub. The attorney handling my case was Mr Joe Rombro. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions right away. He gave me many options of how to move forward and the pros and cons of each situation. I am very happy with the settlement and surprised that I was able to receive able to gain thousands more in settlement than I was originally promised. The office was responsive and the case was completed in about 14 months, even through Covid. I was in an accident where I had the right of way, driving down a straight road at night. This was all on a dash camera located on my windshield. Proof that was given to the officer. A full size-work truck attempted to pull out blindly and I had no choice but to hit my brakes and collide with the truck. My back will never be the same and i am not able to bend and work as a certified welder. Life happens. I would get a dash camera is my best advice besides using my lawyers.
