My experience with Dov is that he is passionate about helping hurt children and their parents, and that he is at the top of his profession. One of his most recent wins involved a $10.5 million settlement for a seven-year-old girl, who suffered brain damage at birth. The case involved improper use of a drug, known as Misoprostol or Cytotec, which was given off-label to ripen the cervix and induce labor. Depositions showed there was ineffective communication between the nursing staff and the physician during labor, leading to a significant delay in responding to signs the baby was not getting enough oxygen or tolerating the labor. The settlement provided the child with up-front cash and future periodic payments to pay for her medical care, therapies, equipment, and present and future care. Also, the mother was compensated for her extraordinary services in caring for her disabled child. I know Dov to be extraordinarily diligent when it comes to keeping clients informed about their cases, and answering all their questions with kindness and concern. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
