I contacted and hired Mr. Schnitzer a few times for a tenant that Failed To Pay Rent. Each time I contacted him for consultation, he came up with the best strategy to address the issues at hand. He knows the law and covers all possible scenarios that could happen during the litigation. I would definitely recommend him with tenant /landlord matters. He is an excellent attorney.
