Hello, back in 2011 my family had experienced a major set back. We had moved into what we thought "Our Dream Home". We was excited about the have opportunity to move into a huge single family in our area of choice. Our Realtor ensured us that we was getting a great short sale deal. We was informed by our Realtor and the home owner Realtor that in order to move in immediately we had to first move in under a "rent with the option to buy" lease.
