When I say I love Dan Miller and everyone at the Miller and Stern lawyers I genuinely mean it from the bottom of my heart. I was scared to bring my case to a lawyer. Even though I always believed in my heart something went wrong, I didn’t know if anyone else would take my case as seriously as I did. Kevin was great to work with. He worked very diligently to advocate for me and advise me on my choices during the entire process. I was fortunate to have been introduced to Dan Miller and Kevin Stern after I was in a horrific vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer. From the moment I first spoke to Dan, I felt that I was not just in good hands, but that I was at the perfect law firm for my needs. Dan and Kevin did their job with incredible professionalism, while at the same time showing genuine care and compassion for me. They kept me abreast of what was going on with my case which was no small task considering that there were several victims in this accident including a fatality. I can’t stress enough how important it is for lawyers to keep their clients in the loop. I work for a physical therapy office where most of our patients have been injured in some type of accident. I hear all the time about how patients’ lawyers don’t stay in touch, don’t return calls and don’t convey important information to their clients in a timely fashion. I never had to worry about that! If there was an update, I was told about it. Also, as I’ve already said, there were multiple victims in my accident. The driver at fault fell asleep while driving a tractor trailer. Unfortunately, he was underinsured for the the amount of damage he caused. At one point, it looked like I would be lucky if l got my medical bills paid. Kevin and Dan worked hard to get the compensation I needed. I will always be grateful to them and their wonderful staff for all the hard work they did on my behalf. Lastly, I would like to say that that the accident caused one of the worst times of my life. I was in pain. I lost my job because I couldn’t work. I was broke. And I was incredibly depressed. Not only are Kevin and Dan very skilled attorneys, they are also kind and compassionate men who care deeply for their clients. They truly are exceptional people.

I was in a bad car accident and not only was I injured, but my car was completely totaled. In the days, weeks and months following, Kevin helped me navigate the entire process, helping me work through filing claims while simultaneously dealing with both my and the at-fault party's insurance companies. He made me feel at ease and completely settled my anxiety through what was one of the most stressful periods in my life. And, he fought for me and helped me earn an incredible settlement that I certainly would not have gotten had I gone through the process alone. He called me almost daily to check in and make sure that I was feeling okay and recovering from the accident - something that he certainly did not have to do, but did because he truly cares. My journey through hell would have been impossible without Kevin and Dans dedication hard work and guidance. First off about 2 years ago I almost lost my foot and was stuck in a 4 story walk up apartment in Baltimore, on Good Friday during Easter the entire staff of Miller Stern LLC came to my little dusty apartment and spent the later part of the evening taking down my statements and asking all the right questions, instead of spending Good Friday with there family they spent it saving my life. The fight that Dan and Kevin had for me and my case inspired me to keep on fighting. I had multiple surgeries and some close calls with infection, and I had faith still because I knew that the Good Friday Lawyers were sent to me by my higher power. They kept me updated every week and called every week just to see how I was feeling, well I wasn’t feeling very good Kevin and Dan found the right help for me , many a doctor and psychiatrist came to my aid in my time of need . Listen!! if anyone is going through any sort of hell or misfortune, then I would stop scrolling for any other lawyers and stick with the true winners of the fight for you. And that my friends is Miller Stern . I could continue writing a book about my experiences with Kevin an Dan but this is for other people to get the same help as I so I’ll keep it short.thank you for fighting and winning for my life .
