I am a plaintiff in a mass tort (class action) suit spearheaded by Jenner Law. This is a case where a company knowingly and intentionally harmed its own customers for financial gain. Jenner Law has been fantastic through the entire multi-year process. I have received regular communications and updates, and now that the case is finally getting close to trial, Jenner Law has set up a private web page where clients like me can read frequent updates on the progress of the litigation. I love that I never have to wonder what's happening with my case. On a couple of occasions, I have reached out with specific questions and have received prompt and intelligent replies. I believe that Rob Jenner and his firm genuinely care about their clients and the important principles involved in the case, and not just about making money (though I hope they'll do that, too!) The wheels of justice turn painfully slowly, but I am happy to be part of this journey with the competent attorneys at Jenner Law leading the way. I've never been part of this sort of legal action before, and hope to never be again, but I think I'm in good hands.

It’s taken me an absurd amount of time to write up a review, considering I was composing what I wanted to say on my way home from my mediation. I spent about a year and a half as Katie Kerner’s client, and client of Jenner Law, and I honestly felt like Katie was wonderful to work with. My case was exceptionally sensitive, and she was so compassionate toward me, every step of the way, as she helped me get to a resolution in the case against my former therapist. I considered Katie part of my support circle, during a really difficult time - she’s a fantastic attorney, and she’s also simply one of the best people I’ve met.
