I hired attorney Waechter because I was charged with harassment while in Maryland. I am from Pennsylvania so it became more complex. Not only did attorney Waechter have the warrant for my arrest changed to a summons to appear in court, but got the charges dropped when the hearing took place. He spoke to the DA and was able to convince her to not pursue the charges against me. His staff was also very helpful and kind. I recommend attorney Waechter, he works hard for his clients. Connor

Only complaint about Mr. Waechter is that he occasionally took a while to get back to me, but usually only when he was either busy with someone else, or was waiting to hear back so he actually had something to tell me. He was always very friendly and frank.

Mr. Waechter contacted me after an inquiry from lawyer.com, as I was an out of state resident. I had to contact him or his office a few times throughout the c course of my Case. He was always responsive to my questions and concerns, especially with me being a first timer to hiss whole process. Bottom line I would enthusiasticly recommend!!

Mr. Shawn Larson puts his heart and soul into representing his clients. I've been represented by Shawn three times, and each time he won me the most favorable outcome possible. The following is a short summary of his brilliance and hard work... The most recent time I was in court, he showed up early to meet with me with all the research he had done regarding my case, and including his notes, his folder of papers was at least four inches thick. He thoughtfully explained the options available to me, his strategy, and promised to see everything through until the end. He proved this when the Prosecutor wasn't willing to offer a favorable plea bargain; and when most attorneys would urge their client to just accept a lackluster plea bargain to save their time and energy, Mr. Larson would absolutely not be intimidated or swayed, and was ready to move ahead to trial - even if that meant sitting around with me for hours in the courthouse. In the time we waited, he made me feel at-ease and confident because he was completely prepared for anything. When the time came for my trial, Shawn was like a bulldog in the courtroom. He would not let the other side get away with anything. He sharply latched onto a procedural error concerning the State's evidence against me and how the State handled it incorrectly. When the Prosecutor wanted to postpone the trial to get their mistakes in order, the Judge considered it, but Mr. Larson successfully argued that a mistake by the Prosecutor did not warrant a postponement. This meant that the State could not enter their evidence against me, and the Prosecutor was forced to motion to dismiss the whole thing. This to me is proof that nothing gets by Shawn. He is the very best attorney that I've seen in action. I would trust him with absolutely anything and would recommend his services to anyone - even my mother - because this man is undoubtedly one of the best in the business. Do NOT try to represent yourself, do NOT attempt to use a Public Defender. Shawn Larson's fees are very fair... I am just a machine operator at a plastics company and I was easily able to hire Mr. Larson (for the third time) to defend me in court. He really puts his heart and soul into his work and it really shows. I believe this is what separates this exceptional attorney from all the other ordinary attorneys. Don't let an ordinary attorney play around with your fate. Shawn understands the magnitude of criminal charges and truly fights for his clients and treats them as if they were his own family.
