David Henninger, Esq is a BRILLIANT CRIMINAL ATTORNEY, w/ over45 yrs of experience.Not only is he a consummate pro, he's also a human being.Mr Henninger literally saved my life-let me tell you how: I was falsely charged w/criminal assault by someone who actually stalked and harassed me for 2yrs.I was facing up to 10yrs in prison.So, needless to say, I was extremely depressed because I didn't know what to do or who to turn to...But then I got lucky.When I called him, before I'd even told him the whole story, he told me to immediately go file assault charges against her myself.I did so.It was a genius move because it forced her to defend herself.As I'd told the police, she'd hit me and now she had to prove otherwise. Guess what-she couldn't .Dave proved this person is a liar.She'd written 3 false statements & her verbal testimony proved she was a liar.When he represented me in court, he pointed out all of the nonsensical lies she'd sworn to.Even her own lawyer was in disbelief about how she made up stories using dates that were prior to the event even having taken place. Dave outlined and highlighted the discrepancies for the prosecutor and the court. He told me to keep calm & that we were going to win because of her own stupidity. We had to go to court twice. So, I thought I had to pay two fees. But Mr. Henninger said that he usually charges a flat fee. I know that it's a case by case basis. His advice and his representation is worth a million dollars to me and you can't go wrong hiring him yourself. Trust me, you will never go wrong by having David stand up to a bully for you. I was nervous but he told me I should remain calm and just tell the truth. When we finally stood up before the judge, this ridiculous chick stood there like a clown and nearly whispered, that she didn't want to testify. If David hadn't been there to fight Goliath for me, I would never have won this case. David made sure I didn't have to go to jail. He got me a not guilty verdict and thank God there's no record at all. My lawyer, Mr. David Henninger, Esq helped me get my life back. At 67 years of age, I'm trying to live my best life and 10 years is a huge chunk of whatever amount of time I have left. I highly recommend that you hire David Henninger!
