Mrs. Beverley did not bill me monthly or when the balance reached a certain amount as stated on the retainer. After multiple emails I received my first bill 10 months later. It's not easy to depute charges after 10 months. This continued throughout the whole time of using her services. There was two major topics that Mrs. Beverley disagree with me on and did not want to fight for. On the day of trail not only did the other party agree but the judge ordered in my favor. I didn't feel like my attorney was fighting for me.
