There is a woman in Brian’s office that should not be working with the public. She is one of the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, unfriendly, nasty people we have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Regardless of the situation, be kind. You have absolutely no idea what ppl are going through. It doesn’t cost anything to be friendly, considerate, and respectful.
