I worked with Attorney Krystle Howard on a cross-jurisdictional case. I was sincerely impressed with her dedication to not only advocate for her client, but to provide virtually 24/7 responsiveness. As I am stationed in Hawaii, I assumed that Ms. Howard would not be able to respond to my e-mails until it was normal business hours. I assumed incorrectly. Ms. Howard responded almost immediately even if e-mails were sent at 10pm EST (4pm Hawaii time). Her dedication and legal analysis was critical to the success of the case.
