I was a wreck. My lawyer was not handling my divorce very well and I felt like I was sinking in a hole. He even failed to notify me for court at one point. He just seemed uninterested in the case. Tom gave me the best advice I had been given yet on how to proceed. Watching him in the courtroom I was in awe of his easy recall of the law and his arguments. I honestly felt that if we lost the case I still had the best top notch representation I could have ever expected. We won the case by honest intelligent representation of the facts at hand by a highly competent lawyer who actually doesn't have ice water in his veins. We go on the books as the first gay marriage in Harford county to end with a verdict of Adultery on the defendant. Mr.Harrison was my divorce attorney. I selected him because I wanted to be represented by someone with a great legal mind, but also show a friendly nature (not stuffy or arrogant). At our first consultation, I spent a very long time explaining everything, and I never felt hurried. Then Tom (how he wanted to be addressed) spent an equally lengthy amount of time asking me questions pertinent to the case and what it all meant in layman's terms. Throughout the mandatory one year waiting period, Tom always handled my questions quickly and was never annoyed when asked to repeat things to a person with minimal understanding of legal matters. At the divorce hearing his appearance and demeanor gave me confidence and settled my apprehension of being in a courtroom. His professional fees are fair. Mr thomas Harrison is an excellent attorney.I hired him to help me file bankruptcy and he was straight forword in telling me how this would affect my credit and how I would rebuild my credit once this process was complete. I retained Mr. Harrison for a divorce and child custody case. Unfortunately, the case turned into a very lengthy and challenging trial.
