As a person with a lot on the line, life could have changed drastically without the help of Mr. Benvenuto. Whats critical in all criminal cases is to have an extensive positive relationship with all your counter parts in the judicial system. Mr. Benvenuto is a fine gentlemen who has developed these relationships with "the other side." Mr. Benvenuto answer every call, every question and was always upfront and very honest. There were no surprises and his staff is just as professional and helpful throughout the entire, STRESSFUL process! Mr. Benvenuto followed my input and wishes, combined with his expertise, provided me with the outcome that was needed; NOT GUILTY. Had this not been the outcome, I would still hire Mr. Benvenuto to represent me. Please call him "Frank"

What a great guy. First he was available on a Sunday when I first reached out to him. He immediately put me at ease explaining the process and what he was able to do to help us. In the end we are all measured by our results. He did 100% what he said he would do. Very polite and personable. I would highly recommend speaking to Frank if you are in need of legal representation.

I had a very urgent charge from over 2 years ago that I forgot to take care of and when applying to a job this year I realized that it was still on my record and that I needed a skilled, well-known attorney in the Worcester Courts to trust in taking care of it. Mr. Benvenuto was amazingly quick to get the case started and he was able to work perfectly fine with my busy schedule and the fact that I live outside of Maryland. Everything he explained that he would do was finished within a month or two of me retaining him, he was able to clear those small charges from my record, and I was able to be hired at my current job. He knows that Court well and he knows exactly what he is doing. Also, his secretary were SO helpful and always there to answer my questions. I am more than happy and satisfied with the results and my clean record.
