I canot say enough about Mr. Soypher. I have worked with a lot of lawyers in my life and have had some very bad experiences with all except this one - and I am amazed that I can say this, whilst harboring the distrust that I have for many in this profession. During the course of about a year and while dealing with a few different, very stressful issues, Mr. Soypher: 1. Answered the phone almost every single time I called him and ALWAYS returned my call and/or emails within 24 hours. Not one single time was there any issue with communication whatsoever. 2. Was very professional, polite and respectful to me throughout my ordeal. 3. Kept me informed within hours of ANY action that was made on my case. 4. Was on time for every phone call and meeting to the minute. 5. Achieved results - And even in situations where we did not necessarily get the exact outcome that we wanted, there was still a positive outcome to my benefit. I felt like I was dealing with someone who was protecting me and my interests and had my back. While this was painfully expensive, Mr. Soypher gave me very detailed billing and explained everything thoroughly and completely. Being very calm yet very knowledgable and firm, he presents himself very well in front of others. Everyone in his office is very friendly and helpful - especially Lois. If you need an attorney who is trustworthy, communicative, honest and generally excellent at what he does I highly recommend hiring him.

There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience with Howard. He worked very hard for me in my divorce case. His patience, responsiveness and overall commmunication were spectacular. He helped me get through some very hard decisions and let me stray a bit before kindly nudging me in the proper direction, which was his. Very trustworthy, moves quick and a true professional
