It is just ok Not interested in helping us???

Mr Pels and Firm were of extraordinary help to me and my case. When no one else could make headway, Mr Pels resolved all the issues. My case was somewhat unique and changeling in ways that all of the other Attorneys I brought it to were politely not interested. I did not think my case was about "Big Money", but i was wronged and wanted at least my day in Court. Mr Pels gave me a more than satisfactory conclusion to a difficult case. As an aside, I was often irrational and extremely emotional. Mr Pels was kind yet firm. He helped me keep an even keel throughout the entire process ( once I understood the what and why of his strategy). I hope never again to have the need of an Attorney, BUT...If I ever do Mr Pels is the 1st and hopefully only Lawyer i will ever call again. Jon and his team at Pels Law have been representing our company for several years in a very complicated case. The level of expertise and work ethic they provide are extraordinary and instrumental in overcoming the legal obstacles of today's "injustice system". The Pels Law Firm represented me in a contentious divorce matter with hyper-aggressive and highly uncooperative opposing counsel. I retained Mr. Pels when my previous counsel showed no ability to counter these aggressive tactics and protect my rights. In a very short period of time, and late in the pre-trial phase, Mr. Pels and his staff had compelled discovery documents and information that demonstrated significant malfeasance by the opposing party and their counsel. Mr. Pels then utilized that information to obtain an granting him access to the opposing party's computer to extract emails they had attempted to delete and destroy from their hard drive. Those emails revealed even more significant malfeasance that led to Mr. Pels obtaining an order to depose opposing counsel. At trial, Mr. Pels successfully argued to have opposing counsel's accounting firm's expert witness testimony and forensic accounting report excluded. Mr. Pels demonstrated countless errors, omissions and lack of adherence to the rules of accounting so egregious that when he made the motion to exclude the report and testimony, the judge ruled in his favor without hesitation. Mr. Pels brought me a victory that was over twenty times larger than the amount my previous counsel had advised me to settle for, and in doing so revealed how duplicitous the tactics against me were. Most importantly, Mr. Pels provided to me a level of comfort and protection in the face of an unrelentingly hostile opposition that cannot be overstated. Sadly, many attorneys attempt to threaten and intimidate the other side to gain the upper hand, and Mr. Pels not only shut that down, he turned it on its head and used those tactics against opposing counsel to maximum effect. Mr. Pels stayed 100% focused on the facts and the law when presenting my case and forced opposing counsel to do so as well. Jon Pels and his staff know how to shape a case. how to present it and how to punch back when bullied. In short, they know how to win.

Best of the best for sure, handled a big case for us and would definitely work with John and his team again.

Ms. Olsen was everything I had hoped my former "high priced" attorneys would have been. In addition to being an honest, kind-hearted and decent person, Ms. Olsen is an impassioned and gifted orator who's Courtroom presence dwarfed opposing counsel. She took my case to heart and was incredibly prepared for trial. She really turned the tides in my favor where my previous attorneys had failed. Don't be fooled by her warm demeanor and likable personality, Ms. Olsen easily overpowers opposition in the Courtroom and is incredibly fast on her feet.

Maria listened to my problem, asked me questions and heard me when I said I wanted to get results but I did not want to go to court if possible. Once Maria accepted to work on my case, she was on it! Maria was very pro-active and professional with me, making sure that I provided her with the documentation and information she needed to best serve me, and she acted quickly and responded back to me within hours of any questions I had. Maria communicated clearly with me and gave me the information I needed to make decisions on what actions I wanted to take. In the end, Maria sent a letter to the client and they agreed to settle, so my issue and financial settlement was resolved and I got paid what I was owed. I had a very positive experience in working with Maria and would HIGHLY recommend her.

Mr Pels is my Hero because he did what could not be done! My case was lost due to the death of my family Attorney. Mr Pels was able to resurrect the case and bring a satisfactory outcome. My case was not large, but I had felt that our leagle system had just "run over" another "little guy". Knowledge, Skill ,and dedication, these are the qualities of this man. Oh, and just to be clear, I am not a Man whom gives praise generously.
