When dealing with family matters you need to do your very best, and I felt extremely comfortable working with Adam Moskowitz in establishing a family trust. The process was practically painless and much less difficult than I had expected. I was most pleased by the clear responses to all questions and the speed with which the process moved forward. For nearly one year, we interviewed attorneys to assist with estate planning. After an exhaustive search, we selected an attorney at a boutique firm specializing in tax and estate planning. After entering into an Agreement, there were multiple red flags regarding her ability to handle her workload during the draft process. Several days before our signing, we received an email noting she could not commit to the agreed-upon signing date due to an impending vacation and other competing priorities. She proffered a refund, and our search started again. We interviewed several law firms and expressed our desire to finalize the documents within a month. However, one lawyer stood out, Adam Moskowitz at Bregman, Berbert, Schwartz, and Gilday. After sharing our experience with Adam, Adam committed to completing the draft and having the final trust documents prepared in three weeks. Adam was thorough, pragmatic, and sharp. In three weeks, Adam created a comprehensive estate portfolio that included wills, trusts, power of attorneys, advance directives, etc. We had such a wonderful experience working with Adam that we highly recommend him. Also, his fees are reasonable compared to the firms we interviewed in the DMV area. In hindsight, we are delighted to have received the email from the boutique firm, as we look forward to having a lasting relationship with Adam Moskowitz and the BBS&G team.
