He was asking the Agency EEO questions like he had no real experience in this area. Took my $4,000 and it didn’t appear he did anything on my case. When it was time to do my rebuttal, he dropped my case saying he had medical emergency. I scuffled to find new attorney. It’s time for me to settle and he still has not given me invoice to provide to the Agency after multiple requests.
