After reaching a stalemate in a critical real estate negotiation, I reached out to Frederic Press for legal assistance. He was beyond my expectations. He has such an amazingly discerning mind and a vast knowledge of real estate (and contracts, etc) that he put me at ease immediately. Fred proved to be highly skillful and conscientious. He was able to get past the gridlock to resume the negotiations. It was refreshing to find a premier attorney who was more focused on getting a worthy resolution than counting hours. I highly recommend Fred.
