I supervise trust operations for a bank and Anne has advised me in a number of different capacities, both with clients and with internal trust company matters. Anne doesn't shoot from the hip-- she will provide you with a precise, accurate answer and if it is a complex matter that needs research, she will respond promptly and with spot on relevant advice. For someone so intelligent and detail oriented, you would think that her communications would be overly complex and difficult to comprehend. Not so. Anne is a master of simple, effective communications. There have also been moments when I've leaned on her in situations of risk. Her excellent judgment, compassion and experience working with a wide variety of clients came to bear to lead me through a few difficult client situations. And importantly at such times, she was extremely responsive. If Anne is your lawyer and you need her, she will make herself available. Needless to say, I'm overjoyed that Anne is on my side.
