What a great experience! I have a very small business and was trying to decide if I needed a trademark; I spoke with Jamie Kent Hamelburg who immediately put me at ease. I was worried about the financial cost and she recommended I start with a 'doing business as (DBA)' and immediately sent me the link for filing in Maryland. I would 100% go back to Jamie for any business and/or legal advice!

Jamie helped me with an intellectual property claim. I am a small, solo business and a multi-million dollar company plagiarized some of my work. She sent a cease and desist letter and got them to cite me in their publication. It was resolved easily and was a clear, straightforward process. She was incredibly helpful. Perhaps best part was outsourcing the emotional labor so that I didn't have to directly contact the company that tried to take credit for my work.
