I hired Brandon to help me modify child custody and child support from my earlier divorce. He was very knowledgeable about the legal process and advised me of all my options noting the pros and cons of each. He made himself available in the evenings and weekends to help me prepare for trial or just to answer my questions. I would highly recommend him.

We had to deal with a very unresponsive counsel and Ex, Brandon guided me through the process and worked different angles to our approach so we could keep our process moving and at the same time agreed to a fair deal. At the beginning of the pandemic, my brother was arrested while in the throes of a mental health crisis. Mr. Malech was assigned as my brother’s Public Defender and provided thoughtful, empathetic and effective counsel throughout the legal proceedings. The case was not an easy one. My brother has struggled with chronic mental health issues for almost thirty years and due to the pandemic, there were new constraints surrounding hearings and attorney-client communication. A CARING, SMART, EFFICENT AND EFFECTIVE LAWYER. Not long ago, I had met three divorce lawyers before meeting Lloyd. I choose to meet with Lloyd after reading online reviews and decided to work with him right away during our first meeting. Lloyd is as good as everyone said, and even better, based on my experience. My case was complicated. However, Lloyd was able to get it done in a very short period of time without compromising my needs and with no complications. Since our very first meeting I have been impressed. Lloyd is extremely experienced, intelligent and efficient. He explained to me legal concepts in ways easy for me to understand. Not only was my case complicated, but it was also time sensitive. Lloyd worked really hard and paid attention to my special situation and special needs. His creative and strategic approach enabled us to resolve complex problems in an extremely short period of time. Plus, the process seemed so easy to him. It would have taken years to get it done or may not have gotten done at all if it weren't for Lloyd. As I sit here and write this review, there are so many wonderful things I could say about Brandon and his staff. Brandon is honest, so smart, professional, dedicated, and most of all cares about his clients and their well being. Brandon gets results. Getting divorced is one thing I never imagined I would be but there I was sitting across from Brandon at his table, I remember how I felt when I arrived to meet him versus when I left. Brandon was so calm and confident. When I left his office that day I knew Brandon was exactly who I needed. My attorney. Hiring Brandon was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He gets results, and talking to him on a bad day made everything better. Brandon and his staff made my divorce so not complicated they do everything, they want to make it as easy on their clients as possible knowing its a difficult situation. I highly recommend Brandon. HIRE HIM! I believe I was fortunate enough to find one of the best lawyers in town. Divorce is bad enough as it is, but I began my divorce process a few weeks before Covid hit. Lloyd first met with me after hours to hear my case. We only had 4 days to prep and be ready for court. I immediately felt like I could feel the ground under me again. He was very courteous, responsive and most of all patient with my many questions. He was extremely professional and never made promises he could not keep. Like most people, I had never been through a divorce before so I did not know what I was supposed to do or what may happen next which is so scary especially when there is a child involved. Lloyd worked hard for me and was on top of it all. Very thorough and very detailed. He took the time to explain the process, my options, and what I could expect next all while being sensitive to the often-frustrating situation I was in. At the same time had the tenacity and warrior mentality to prepare ahead of time and anticipate any attack, allegations and/or conversation that could come up in court. In court he was calm, collected and very courteous. But he Attacked, he got his point across to opposing side and he got it across to the judge very clearly. In the end when the Judge objected to something, he demanded the “Courts” rise to give judgement to me and to deny any comfort to the opposing side. Even then he put all the facts in front of the court and did not leave anything off the table. He didn’t blink an eye until he got the judgement I wanted in court and he made me walk out with my head held high. I felt I was working with the best attorneys available the whole time and I still believe that in retrospect.

You need someone in your court like Lloyd. Lloyd has lived the experiences you are getting ready to go through. So he knows what the expect from both the client and the legal side. You need someone like Lloyd to talk to and have on your team. Let his personal and professional experience speak for you.
