People say that there is a guardian angel watching over us since birth. Others claim that they are born under a “lucky star”. As someone whom is completely realistic in her expectations, very analytical, and slightly skeptical by nature such statements had no value to me until I met Dawn. When I came across the stellar reputation of her immigration practice - Legacy Immigration, I thought that it all sounded “too good to be true” as I did not believe that there is still a professional out there who cares for her clients more than she cares for herself! I contacted Dawn after I had already contacted other lawyers before. She was most approachable and politest of all lawyers and gave me a free telephonic consultation for 45 min. During the consultation , she was replying to my most important queries even before I asked her. As if she was reading my mind. Her competence,clarity and confidence won me immediately. She further told me to send my entire detailed case to her by e-mail. I had sent my written case declaration to another attorney before her and even paid a fee for her to read it. That attorney had taken 20 days to read my case (34 pages) and spoke to me on phone for under 5 minutes telling me that she will accept my case. she barely let me speak and spoke to me showing she is very busy. Dawn read my case for no charge and took only 40 minutes to read and replied promptly. She further told me that the case was fine but USCIS will not accept my evidences as 'strong'. She also told me that a rejection of my immigration petition might impact my future visa process to US for study or work and advised me not to file the case. Dawn could have taken up my case . Many lawyers take up cases they know might have less chances for success and do not care for the outcome and impact of a rejection on the client. Dawn was most thoughtful and only kept my best interest in mind. We had an issue with our application. She helped us in solving our issue and did not charge anything. She never pushed to use her services and said we can file on our own. Very few people do that these days. If you need her services, we would highly recommend her. We may also use her services in the future. Excellent lawyer and human being.
