I would like to thank Mr. Katz for responding to a question I posted on AVVO. First, he took the time to read (wish I could underline "read", because to me that is very important. Not just glanced through, provide a cursory remark or opinion. But actually read.) my post, provided me with several viable options, and while this must sound trifling to someone not going through a stressful situation, ended the response with "good luck" which made my day. Thank you.

I have had a number of interactions with Joe all of which have been noteworthy for the outstanding and professional manner in which they were conducted. Joe is a very thoughtful, creative and personable lawyer. Unlike many lawyers with whom I have interacted he keeps a very calm demeanor despite often frustrating and aggravating moments that are inevitably encountered.
