I worked with Mirakmal Niyazmatov to prepare my NIW application. I’m a researcher at NIH and I wanted to switch from H1B to green card. I first had a consult with Mirakmal during which he took the time to listen to my situation, he asked for more details, and at the end of our conversation he suggested to go with the EB2 application. He then followed up and sent me a list of all the documents he needed. It took me some time to assemble everything but each time I reached out for quick clarification, Mirakmal always got back to me very promptly and very efficiently. Once I was done with my paperwork I sent him everything and he submitted my application and in only 10 days I got it approved!
