Estuve en un accidente en Virginia la persona que me choco no tenia seguro de auto y tuve que hacer un reclamo con mi propio seguro. En hacer eso, mi aseguranza requirió que haga un testimonio grabado de lo que paso y usaron eso en mi contra para negar mi caso. Después de haberle explicado bien al abogado y su asistenta lo que paso, ellos llamaron a mi seguro y pidieron una copia de mi testimonio grabado para escuchar exactamente que dije yo y como se tradujo. La asistenta noto que hubieron muchos errores en la traducción de lo que dije y mando sus correcciones a mi seguro para rectificar lo que paso. Quisieron ignorar lo que no tenían bien hecho y después que el abogado metió papeles a la corte fue que al fin pudieron solucionar mi reclamo. Estoy agradecida porque en realidad pudieron llegar a una solución y yo pensé que no la iba ver. Recomiendo a Sr. Bergman y su equipo, si le ponen atención al caso de uno.

I was in bad MVA where I was hit in an intersection for someone running a red light. The accident changed my life because it caused me to need surgery on my knee and I have never had any issues with my knee. Unfortunately, the policy limit of this person was not enough to cover my surgery so Mr. Bergman recommended me take the policy limit available and get surgery when I have health insurance so it’s not coming out of my pocket or settlement for pain and suffering. Thankfully, Mr. Bergman, with his aggressive attitude and fierce poker face got the insurance company to fold and hand over the entire policy and I am walking away with more than half of the settlement that was given. I am very grateful to Mr. Bergman and his team for getting me all the money on the table and resolving my case in under a years time. They told me cases can take a year or longer but he got mine done in 8 months due to my damages. I highly recommend Mr. Bergman and his team, they are fantastic

I was rear ended in an accident by a vehicle that had no valid insurance and Mr. Bergman came highly recommended by a friend who was a prior client. This was not my first rodeo being in a motor vehicle accident my first experience being injured and represented. Mr. Bergman and his team were so helpful in explaining my rights, referring me to great doctors, and answering any questions I had along the way during my case. Thanks to the great medical team that was recommend by Mr. B I was lucky to fully recover from my injuries and get a great settlement from the insurance company at the end of my case. I was in a horrible accident where I was hit and run by a racer on the 270 MD and I suffered the most life changing injuries. I was recommend to Scott because he has represented my family members and immediately he referred me to the best network of doctors that he works with to take care of me. I ended up having surgery to fix my right knee and if it wasn’t for Mr. Bergman and the doctors advocating for my care and case, I wouldn’t have received the settlement I got. Allstate was putting up a HUGE fight not wanting to settle my case without reviewing all my documents even though I had a case worth greater than the limits of their policy. The money that I have gained from this experience is blood money and doesn’t begin to cover the pain and suffering that my family and I have suffered but it does help reset for lost time. I want to also share a story about my best friend that died a year and half prior to my accident, who got t-boned, said he was fine, and then the following day died because he had a hemorrhage in his brain. Please, whoever is reading this, if you have been in even the smallest of accidents, GET CHECKED OUT BY MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS, you never know. I got t-boned one morning on my way to work when someone didn’t stop at a stop sign and I found myself being a victim of a car accident for the second time, my first experience I took no action, and I do regret that. I was not sure what to do but Mr. Bergman educated me on everything when it came to the claims process and healing after being injured in a car accident. I have had the pleasure of being represented by Mr. Bergman for two car accidents, and both cases had wonderful resolutions. I was in a car accident while being 6 months pregnant and Mr. Bergman came recommended to me because he has represented many of my family members. I was recommended to Mr. Bergman after my friend referred me to a clinic to help me heal after being injured and they hooked me up with Mr. Bergman’s office because they said he is the best and they were right. I was rear ended in a low impact accident and one of my passengers had been Mr. Bergman’s client before, so we called him to represent us in the rear end we suffered. Mr. Bergman did a great job and was able to refer us to a good medical team to take care of our injuries. We had to fight Snake-Farm (Statefarm) to settle my case and Mr. Bergman did not let in until he got the most he could for my case without having to sue them in MD.
