My daughter was in bad accident were someone hit her and totaled her car. She was taken to the hospital and as a parent it was the worst kind of pain. She was ok just had pain in her knee and we twas hopeful that in a couple of days it would be better. I tried to deal with the guys insurance company since the police report found him at fault, but they just kept putting is off for more than two months and my daughter was still having pain in her knee. I spoke to a friend who said that I should get a lawyer that thought never cross my mind we just wanted to be reimbursed for her car since it was totaled and she had to take a uber back and forth to work. I finally contacted Potter Burnett Law and Suyanne meet with us immediately and she handle everything from that point on. I am extremely grateful not only her a great settlement but the personal care we received. I don’t wish an accident on anyone, but if so they are who you want to represent you. I was very blessed that Suyanne representing my daughter. I’m also thankful for everyone else in the office who was helpful and patient every step of the way...the entire team made us feel we were their only client which felt amazing.
