I employed the services of Suzanne and her team and was very pleased with the experience they provided. Communication was great and everything was explained to me before a decision was made. My best interest was theirs. Everyone that I made contact with was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone, they are the epitome of what service to clients should be.

The team at Potter Burnett was awesome. Beyond awesome actually. Everyone I dealt with there was kind, knowledgeable, helpful and willing to help me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I was not the easiest client to deal with due to the pain I was in after my accident, yet they were always there to talk to and answered any and all questions I had throughout this entire process. Suzanne had her hands full with me at times but she always remained patient and helpful. Her and Kara her paralegal worked tirelessly on my case. They went above and beyond to assist me in so many ways. One thing I must say about Suzanne and this cannot be overstated, she is incredibly sharp and good at what she does. Without going into to much detail I’ll say this. She picked up on something said by the defense attorney during my hearing that flew right over my head but was instrumental and crucial to my case. Then applied what she had picked up on with precision. I would not hesitate to call on them again if I found myself in a similar situation again. Trust me. They know what they’re doing. Mr Burrentt was very professional and easy to talk to. Although he could not take my fathers case, he did a lot of research into the details. He took 10,000 pages of hospitals records, shared them with two teams and decided we did not have a case. He went above and beyond and gave the family closure. Thank you Andrew.
