My son was in urgent need for a lawyer, after going in front of the Majesty who wrongfully imputed higher Child Support payment's on him based off incomplete and wrong information. My son had 7 days to file the paper work that Only a Lawyer could file. 'This Alone is a SETUP.' I reached out to Elisa Law firm and he took over. After finding Numerous Mistakes, my son child support went from $790.00 a month to $500.00 a month. The backpay that he Immediately occurred on the previous court date was decreased as well. As a PERSON helping someone going through The Child Support System its a set up for failure for a MALE OR FEMALE! I'm not against child support being paid but I am against UNFAIRNESS. The court system need to be Revised starting first with the payment decision being made off the GROSS! It needs to be based off the NET Income. As well as Proof of what's being stated need to be provided by both parties, not just their words before a final decision is made. How is a person being held accountable to pay the Gross that is not take-home money, TAXES! I also feel that funds needs to go on a debt card to be monitor on how its being spent. Nevertheless, our situation was CORRECTED according to the Court System Guidelines. DO NOT GO TO COURT WITHOUT A LAWYER!! Thank you Elria Law Firm for making wrong - right on my son behalf.

Please Run as fast as you can! This office is unprofessional and unorganized! Never followed up with me on my case with out me reaching out to the office for the status... nor did any of the foot work to obtain information on my case without me requesting it. I was charged for hours of phone calls that was not provided! Staff mixed up personal and confidential information in my file as I terminating his services. Did I mention I am still waiting for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this guy to get me out of a parking ticket. He really doesn't seem to care about his clients. Do NOT trust that he will fight for your love ones!! $3000 gone down the drain. I wish that there was a -0 star for a rating 😕.
