This team is awesome! Susannah handled my situation with care. She was both empathetic and effective. I was kept informed every step of the way. Her exceptional communication was reassuring during a time where I felt compromised and taken advantage of in a contentious divorce. I sought council from Josephine Lynch halfway through a divorce where I did not feel well represented. She picked up where my underperforming attorney left off to get the case settled quickly. She was no nonsense and straight to the point. The two of them are a knock out combination giving their clients exactly what they need.

She handled my divorce and child custody , I listen to her knowledge and experience everything worked out great ,

I called this attorney’s office today. Someone named Susan told me that per law, I’m unable speak to Ms. Lynch or schedule a consultation with her, given that I already have an attorney and needed legal permission from my current attorney before speaking to any other attorney. So, I called my current attorney and “got permission”. We both laughed and he told me that was false. There is no such law. If it is this firm’s practice not to take on cases where there is an existing attorney, that’s one thing, but to say it’s a legal requirement to get consent to change representation from my existing attorney, when I knew that wasn’t the case because I had already spoken to other attorneys with no problem was a total turn off. Would not recommend this firm.

Josephine Lynch is an exceptional, no-nonsense Lawyer. She is professional and respectful of those she is representing. I love that she is very clear and thorough in her work. Susannah was an incredible asset to my case as well. She was always consistant in following up with case updates and important emails with forms that needed signatures or important documentation. I would recommend them to anyone who needs good professional representation. They are a Winning team I would always choose!

I want to begin by saying thank you to Attorney Lynch for for efforts and being a straight up bull dog in that court room helping me secure custody for my Daughter. Im gonna be honest by saying up until the court room battle i was a little worried because for the most part i only communicated with her paralegal and not so much with Ms.Lynch. I would call and request but she was always busy. Non the less i continued with the process and submitted evidence thru her paralegal Susannah(who was so good at responding to my every need). The most i ever spoke to Ms. lynch was the day of and she had already compiled all the the evidence and documents i had been sending in for months and had devised a game plan. During my trial she delivered like no other, a complete onslaught. I say this to say if ur looking for a lawyer to be able to talk to everyday just to be comfortable then you may not find satisfaction with her. But if you want somebody that knows what the hell they are doing and will secure that Victory in the court room Ms.Lynch and her team is everything you need and so much more!

I genuinely felt attacked by this woman. First impressions last and I am left with a bitter taste. She treated me like the scum of the earth and this was only a consultation. One would think an attorney would guide and advise whether their defense experience is limited to a certain type or not. It was clear that she is only verse in arguing unidirectional. Her paralegal had more professionalism than she did. She needs to learn to mute her aggressive approach until it is called for in court. Very poor.

Josephine and Susannah were very professional and I knew that I didn’t have anything to worry about when I worked with them. Everything was communicated to me and Josephine worked with me step by step. I am grateful for their work.

I pretty much wasted my time. They never wanted my business from the go. I was supposed to have a consultation last week. Sent an email to follow up and was told ooh your email went to the junk folder. Let’s reschedule for next Monday which was today. All this time just to finally speak to the attorney only to be told she was interested in the case. Guess I wasn’t to high profile for her. What a waste of my time. Please keep y’all money and find a better attorney! They knew they weren’t taking the case last week but chose to play games.
