Kevin Beard helped me get through one of the most difficult and distressing times I've ever experienced. What I had experienced was absolutely devastating. Kevin and his staff were all kind, compassionate, and understanding. My case involved all kinds of drama created by the other party. Kevin was effective in protecting me from that while still keeping me informed. Also, (though I know he goes to court all the time and had tons of other cases), I truly felt I was his priority. I simply can't say enough about how hiring Kevin Beard changed my life in so many positive ways!

From his quick response to my initial email inquiry to actually working through the crazy twists and turns in my case (created by my ex), he showed nothing but patience, knowledge, professionalism, integrity and a passion for what he does. He suggested actions which he felt were in the best interest of my son and I, but always allowed me to make the final decision on how to move forward. There were times where he wanted to "go hard," but I NEVER felt pressure from him to stray from how I wanted to proceed (in fact, there were times I said no and his response was a simple "ok - it's up to you" and it was never brought up again). Kevin has plenty of cases/clients, he does not need to "create" situations in an effort to cause his clients to spend more money on his services.
