At any point during our application, we knew we could speak with Susan on any questions or concerns, and greatly appreciated hearing about her experiences with the application process. There were definitely moments where implications from COVID-19 had us curious about timelines, next-steps in the process, etc., and Susan was always there to help paint a picture of what we could expect. The moment when we did receive the green card approval was pure elation (and a good amount of tears), all thanks to Susan and how she guided us through the process. I would highly recommend Attorney Susan Han for those seeking immigration assistance. My Naturalization was approved yesterday. The interview process went smoothly and very fast. I did not expect the interview completed less than 15 minutes, especially for me who had an immigration case in the past. Susan Han is a professional and very well-organized attorney. She assisted me with the application, ensured all the information was correct, wrote an addendum – which I believe this really helped the Officer make a quicker decision. She helped me with the interview preparation and companied me during the interview process as well. My N-400 application was submitted on November 1, 2022. The interview was conducted on January 23, 2023 and the oath ceremony will be on January 30, 2023. What else could I have asked for? My dream to become a US Citizen has been accomplished in just 2 months.

Excellent immigration lawyer, Susan is well knowledgeable in immigration law, she took her time to explain things to me. Had some DUI issues.
