Worst place possible. They are overly expensive, and then don't respond to emails or telephone calls. It's shocking.

I finished my first journey with CFC as a gestational surrogate in December 2019. They were awesome from beginning to end. Niki was the recruiting manager and does the matching. She couldn’t have picked a better couple to match me with! After our match Jenn became our case manager. She is the best! She always gave a quick response to any questions I had and all payments & reimbursements were paid quickly. I felt that she truly cared about me and my IPs and was there for us for anything we needed. When I think back on my journey I do not have one complaint about CFC. There was never a time that I felt frustrated or upset about anything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to start a journey.

With every hope lost, I stumbled upon Attorney Patel’s contact on the internet. Reluctantly, I sent him a short email. He responded after a few days suggesting that we talk more about my case. Prior to contacting Attorney Patel, I’ve had my fair share of lawyers, so I know the drill. So, when I received his list of suggestions, I tucked it at the back of my mind as same ol’ same ol do this, have you done that etc. It took us a couple of weeks to finally talk, with Att. Patel on conference call. Like I mentioned earlier, our case was a hopeless case, and when I say it was hopeless I meant it figuratively, literally and factually. There was no light at the end of the tunnel for us regarding my husband’s case. However, after the call he gave us some hope and we scheduled to meet. The meeting went well, we discussed strategies on how to approach the case. We had a short window to appeal the case and with time not on our side. Finally, we were able to package the requirements needed before the deadline. Eventually, months later, we got POSITIVE responses from immigration and the case was ultimately resolved and my husband’s papers were eventually approved. I PERSONALLY think and know that GOD used attorney Patel to work his miracle and answer our prayers. If GOD has not listed Attorney Patel’s information when I did my google search for Immigration lawyers, I do not know what I would have done. Attorney Patel is intelligent and knowledgeable about Immigration matters. Just one meeting with him sold me and he exceeded my expectation from then onward. The due diligence and attention to detail directed towards my case unequivocally made me feel and know that this was the lawyer I should have met long ago to handle our case. Nonetheless, all is not lost as he was able to untangle my case and kept me informed of the steps and what to expect. As I pen this, my husband is a US Citizen. Looking back, I feel like this miracle bestowed to my humble family did not happen, but it did—thankfully and we are forever grateful to GOD for his mercies and for directing Attorney Patel to us. It is surreal because a few years back we were in limbo, living in abject poverty, my husband was on the verge of being deported, with kids and other financial matters pending to say that life was hard was an understatement. To those who may be going through something similar, I say do not despair. Pray to your God and talk to him, he does listen trust me. Call attorney Patel and discuss your matter. He will give you the undiluted, honest truth; No sugar coating, patronizing or casting aside of your unique case, no he will not do that. He will analyze, assess and discuss your options with you. I decided to pen this to share our story (my husbands and I) so that it will give hope to people. No matter your situation, never give up hope. Once there is hope there is a way. Trust God, the maker of heaven and earth, pour your heart to him. He will direct you like he directed us. One lawyer asked us to deposit a substantial amount in the range of $25-30k in an escrow account before he will review our case. And another lawyer suggested the same thing with the fine print that there is no guarantees and that the funds cannot be returned (All this was happening when we got a crucial letter demanding a response with a short period of time or face deportation). And by the way, the funds must be made available with a week before they will begin reviewing the case. At this point, I was totally heart broken, despaired and totally alone. Friends and family all deserted us, leaving me to deal with this issue, only my God and lawyer Patel remained. Needless, to say he came through for us. Attorney Patel is a God sent I recommend and endorse him wholeheartedly. Sometimes, the best gems are hidden. You just have to find them and he is indeed a rare gem. The legal world is just yet to recognize him, his talents and his legal expertise. Thank you Attorney Patel and Team.

I was a surrogate for CFC and they were amazing! I was able to do my medical screening October 2018 and I just delivered a beautiful healthy baby boy October 2019. They were very helpful and respectful. I have been very lucky through this entire process, I picked such a great agency to work with, and I am looking forward to another journey with them. Surrogacy is such a rewarding thing to go through!!

I’m convinced this’s the only firm in the DMV area, that’s not money hungry. They literally put your case first! Chirag Patel is very kind, calm, positive and professional at all times.
