I hired Mr. Saleh after doing extensive research. I was scared and nervous because I have never been in this type of situation. I have a clean record but I blew .06 BAC and received about 5 or so total tickets, including a DWI ticket. Mr. Saleh...compared to almost about 11 different lawyers that I've interviewed, stood out for me for several reasons. Before I give you those reasons, please understand this...EVERYWHERE where I mentioned his name, every single person/companies paused and said the same thing, "Oh you hired Arya Saleh??? He is the #1 attorney for DUI/DWI cases, he is the best." Now for the reasons, he is thorough and precise. He immediately gave me an extensive HW to do. These HWs were anything from Victim Impact Panel classes or PADDD class or whatever that might be specific to your case. In my situation, because I wanted to do everything I could to make sure nothing was left to chances, I've asked him to give me the entire list possible. And so I did. I immediately went to work and participated and earned my certificate of completion. He was not alone in this endeavor. His assistance and team was alongside. Every single time I had a question, they were there to help. Every single time I called Mr. Saleh directly, he answered. Tell me how many attorneys you know or have heard of is accessible like that? The point isn't on accessibility as much as consistency and a game plan that was laid out for me. Please listen to everything he says. If you are questioning yourself, please don't. You have hired THE best person you can. Again every single one of these classes I have attended, when questioned who my lawyer was, and upon my answer, they all had the same response as I've stated above. "Oh he is the best!" And he sure is. Come my trail day, EVERYTHING was dropped. Now I am not saying that, so you think that will be the case for you. I put in a lot of work to make sure I had my best foot forward. I did everything he has asked of me to do. I did it all. I did my part. I met him half way. You have to do the same as well. Then...let the master artist that he is, let him get to work. You should've seen how he managed and handled the courtroom. Polite, precise and cut throat sharp. Everything he has asked to the judge or the prosecutor, with such grace, manner and poise, with style. I am so pleased for my outcome. All my charges were dropped. Above all, I sincerely appreciate your kindness, compassion and dedication to your craft. Side note...the man knows how to dress sharp. (to me that speaks volume on accuracy and attention to detail.) Thank you Arya! I hope we never meet again for the wrong reasons, and will always welcome to meet you for the right reasons.

There is no better lawyer than Arya Saleh. He is the complete package. As a former prosecutor, he knows all of the angles in any case and has the experience to exploit the opportunities. He has an intimate knowledge of the various courts and their respective judges which he uses aggressively to position his cases favorably. He is extremely hard working and as such is always available through a telephone call or text. In fact, he never took longer than 5 minutes to call me back with advice that was always insightful. was referred to Mr. Saleh from another lawyer who stated due to the specialty nature of my case. I needed to be represented by one of the BEST lawyers Maryland had. I was at fault of a car accident I was in involving another vehicle. I was charged with DUI and Possession of a controlled substance. This was my 2nd DUI charge within 10 years. Also I was set to deploy overseas with my military unit. When I called Mr. Saleh and explained my situation. He first immediately asked if I was ok emotionally, mentally and physically.
