I just moved to Baltimore and bought my first auction rehab row home property. I ran into a legal problem with my closing. I called 15 law firms and Michael was the only lawyer who answered my call on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly looked over buyers contracts, advised me and helped me to resolve my problem by the next morning. I will be using Freilich for all of my property issues from here on out.
