Met with Mr. Coover on short-notice to consult about a Real Estate transaction. He was very polite, talked through the situation with me, and provided useful guidance.

I highly recommend Mr. Coover. He listened carefully while I explained my problem. Then he laid out my options in a very logical and easy to understand way. He was patient in answering my questions. His manner of speaking is calm, likeable, logical and convincing. He is able to control a room. I would not want to be opposing council.

We contacted Coover Law looking for insight and guidance over a real estate contract dispute. Potential outcomes for my wife and I as the sellers of the property were unfavorable at best and earth-shattering (for us) at worst. Chip helped us navigate the situation with tact and certainty, which was relieving. Beyond being familiar with the letter of the law, Chip seems to be intimately familiar with the negotiation process. He was immediately aware of who the lawyer representing the buyers was and helped us get a more complete idea of how the situation might unfold. We were able to reach a resolution with the buyers which I believe was among the best of our options considering the circumstances and specifics surrounding our case. Furthermore, Chip went above and beyond what I would consider to be standard practice in any industry. He took time out of his day on a holiday (Black Friday, 2023) to navigate myself and my wife to resolution with the buyers; as contract closing date was the following Monday. I would absolutely recommend Fred Coover and by extension Coover Law to anyone looking for a competent, honest, and genuinely helpful Law Firm with specialties in real estate disputes.

I had a consultation with Fred and in a short talk, he saved me a lot of time, money, and headaches.
