If you are looking for an estate attorney, whether your estate is large or small, simple or complicated, I highly recommend Andre McDonald and the Mc Donald Law Firm. I recently had the occasion to use the McDonald Law Firm for a small estate that had some minor complications due to the fact the deceased did not have an estate prior to death. Mr. McDonald met with me several times over the phone for information gathering and then set up the face to face meeting. Every document, every filing, every notice was prepared, laid out and explained clearly. At the same time, Mr. McDonald prepared a living trust for me with the same meticulous precision he used when he prepared the estate. I have complete confidence, due to Mr. McDonald's in depth knowledge of estate law on every level that the estate will be settled cleanly and quickly and my Trust will provide exactly what I want upon my passing.
