I will be forever grateful to Mrs. Gauri Bayoumi, because over the past year while working on my Custody and Child Support case she was nothing short of amazing. Mrs. Bayoumi's professionalism, responsiveness, and attentiveness to my situation made me feel extremely comfortable and confident with the process and the overall outcome of my case. The strategic manner in which she presented evidence during the trial to how she called witnesses to testify, showed me I was working with a seasoned attorney. Prior to even going to trial Mrs. Bayoumi made many attempts, on my behalf, to offer a settlement to the opposing side to alleviate the need for trial. As tough as this situation was for me, working through it with Mrs. Bayoumi was the only reason it turned out as well as it did. If I ever need legal representation again I will certainly contact Mrs. Gauri Bayoumi!

Despite my ex-wife's abusive behavior, it took way too long to step in to stop her from hitting our children. I finally came to that last straw when my son was left with a cut on his face after his mother hit him. I came to Gauri Bayoumi angry and frustrated and worried about both the cost of the undertaking and whether the court would even grant me sole custody. Gauri understood where I was coming from and empathized and then she set to work. Her advice was sound and any time she could save me money, she did. Let me tell you, in the time of a pandemic when you're unemployed, this is an unbelievable gift. At some point in this very difficult process, I thought I should get a second opinion just to ensure that I wasn't giving up any advantage that might help me protect my children and get sole custody. I reached out to Margret Oliver (a very highly regarded lawyer in the state of Maryland) and not only did she confirm Gauri's advice but gave her high praise for her knowledge and strategy given my circumstances. This process was not easy, but I am so thankful that I had Gauri to hold my hand, walk me through it, and help me keep my three little boys safe. In the end, I got sole custody through a settlement with my ex-wife and my boys have been thriving ever since. From me and my family, thank you Gauri!

Outstanding Practice! I was referred to Weinberg & Schwartz after an unsuccessful engagement with another custody firm. When I came in I was deflated, frustrated, nervous, anxious and completely overwhelmed. I met with Marni Schwartz who referred me to Gauri Bayoumi.
