I hired Dondi West based on his rates. He did not charge by the hour like other lawyers. My case was simple get pay information from my child's father to submit to the courts. He would not answer my emails or calls unless I sent the same message 3 times. We did not receive my child's father information in the timeline requested and he did not subpoena to get the information. He kept saying that it was a new system in the courthouse that makes it harder to do a subpoena. Overall, I had to constantly stay on him to get anything done. I did not get the modification because he did not get the information from the other party ahead of time. I was not satisfied with his services and it was a waste of my money.

Attorney Dondi West has been an absolute blessing. He has handled my Divorce and Child custody case in a highly professional manner. He understands military aspect of the divorce very well. Having had a bad experience with an attorney in the past, I was naturally no trusting of attorneys but Dondi changed my opinion. He took the time to explain the law and kept me involved throughout my divorce case. He also returned my calls and emails promptly. I was involved in a car accident on November 28, 2010 that totaled my car and left me with an injured left neck and shoulder. After a month of getting nowhere with the at fault driver’s car insurance company, I was frustrated and feeling hopeless so I followed a friend’s advice and contacted Mr. West. I am so glad that I did because once I contacted him he began to work immediately by sending out letter to both insurance companies (mine as well as the at fault driver’s). By the next day, the at fault driver’s insurance began to fully cooperate and immediately accepted responsibility for the accident. Since I am not from the state of Maryland, Mr. West took the time to explain to me each step of the process and how Maryland insurance law differed from Ohio. He was able to successfully have my injury and property insurance claims settled out of court with one month. I am very thankful for Attorney Dondi West, he is an effect professional that is knowledgeable on the law as well as a pleasure to work with.
