I recommend Weinberg & Schwartz without reservation. They were amazing during what turned out to be a very challenging divorce in 2015. I met with other firms and each bragged about their tough litigators and win ratios. I didn't want a war since there was a child involved and eventually, they end up being collateral damage. The environment at W&S was so much different. I met with Marni Schwartz and was sold after 30 minutes. She was competent, confident and had a perfect mix of toughness and compassion. She stated uofront that firm values honesty and integrity and expected the same from me. Moreover, they were committed to putting the needs of my child first. Trust is a difficult thing to have when going through a divorce. But I was able to give my trust after watcbing Marni and her team use the right mix of toughness and charm to manuever through the legal morass and reveal the truth. She let me vent my anger and resentments and calmly reminded me that integrity and honest wins in the end. The end result was better than expected as I have had full custody of my daughter for the past three years and she is flourishing. Thanks to Marni and team You're the best!!!

A PO was filed against me based completely on lies. I am the sole custodian of my children and their custody was taken away from me on the spot just like this, based on false accusations. We have won the temporary hearing, the PO was denied. My children returned home to me. Amos kicked the butt of my ex during the hearing, was persistent in getting our case heard by the judge, in spite of the fact that the court was about to shut down due to the weather. One word: he is an amazing attorney, so worth the money spent!!

The firm was responsive to my needs and completed the work effectively and efficiently.

I had a very difficult case and Amos handled it better than I ever thought was possible. He went above and beyond to ensure we were doing everything in the best interest of my family and more importantly my son. He was very informative and really helped walk my family through the case as best as possible. He explained things and for a first time custody battle that really helped me understand what needed to be done to achieve our goals. He recommended a great counselor, BIA (Best Interest Attorney) and really went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best legal advice that we could have asked for. I would recommend Amos to anyone that needed a good family attorney. I have absolute no complaints with anyone at the firm. His paralegal Cindy was also extremely helpful and worked very hard to help us with everything when she could. Could not be happier with the way they handled my case.
