I hired Shavina Mukesh for a child custody case. I resides in Florida and the case took place in the Maryland. Shavina turns out to be an Angel sent from God as she represented me to the highest level an attorney could represent a client. I'm a Dad and yes she brought my son home to me. With an attorney as Shavina, there is hope for fathers like myself in the court system. I had the pleasure of hiring Ms Shavina Mukesh as my divorce attorney. She took her time to explain all the details required for the process. She always made sure that I was comfortable with the process and understood everything that was discussed and/or provided. My parents were in need of a Will, Medical Directive and POA. I learned of Shavina Mukesh through my employer, I spoke with her in February and we did not 'close this out' until November due to my parents, specifically my father's, hesitations. Shavina suggested I bring them to her office so she can explain in person everything they needed to know and answer any questions (which were a lot) that they may have. She spent about 3 hours with us the first visit, she never made us feel rushed and it was apparent that she wanted only the best for my elderly parents, we hired her immediately! Shavina is very kind and compassionate person, without a doubt we would use her again!

I was placed in contact with her firm through my employer. From the moment I first met her until after our many consultations, calls, and hearings, I could not have chosen a better attorney. Shavina sits with her clients, takes the time to know them, to understand what the issues are, what to expect, and to establish a case (with realistic expectations). She did an OUTSTANDING job representing me, against my ex-husband. She not only represented the issue at hand, but she took the time to educate me about my rights and corrected issues that I thought were not "fixable". She was excellent before, during, and after court proceedings. She took the time to build a defense that stood up MULTIPLE times. Her case was airtight and I still talk about how she executed it, flawlessly. Shavina did the research on the case and explained exactly what to expect in court (I was scared at the time).
